Family Health & Support Network, Inc. invites the community to join us for our Open House on Saturday, August 1, 2020,  Parents and community can come and learn about the exciting programs and services we offer and tour our new facility.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be hosting a social distancing Open House. The Open House will be offered in 30-minute increments with no more than 12 people in each session.  To ensure appropriate distancing, you must pick one of the time slots offered below.
